The staff here is incredibly friendly and very accommodating, offering great service.

They had a superb breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the staff accomodated a 30-minute late checkout. This hotel is an excellent value for the money and we would certainly consider staying there again.

The location was a little further from central Stockholm than we anticipated. It's a short walk through two tunnels to food services that close at 9 p.m.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to get around the city. Despite a couple of small drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the subway in Stockholm. the staff at Metro were incredibly helpful and friendly. the breakfast, while not extravagant, was decent and satisfied my hunger in the morning. the highlight of my room was definitely the cool TV. The location of the hotel was great, with a pleasant walk through a park and a street adorned with beautiful blooming lilacs. Cons: Could not be improved in any way 😊.

Location - middle of industrial estate on outskirts of Stockholm. Impossible to get to/from without taxi. Reception is closed early and very little information from staff.

This hotel is fantastic value for money - we got a private room with a bathroom for four people and breakfast included, all for an incredibly reasonable price. The staff were really friendly and our room had great basic amenities, including free standing aircon. Plus, it's located near a metro station which made getting around really easy.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was sufficient. Also Stockholm city can be reached easily by car.

We got not the rooms we booked. Instead of normal beds, extra beds were placed in the room. So the rooms had hardly no space left. After a complain we got another room, but that was in the midle of the hotel with no windows at all. Because their is no airco and the temp. was high this is not quite comfortable. Bathrooms are very small. Because it was only for 1 night we stayed.

Breakfast was ok and hotel was not too far away from metro station. WiFi worked without any issues.

Our room was very dirty. There were as much hair on the floor, bed and in bathroom as you can only see at hairdresser. We were given used soap. On of the lights in the room was blinking all the time. We could hear people from adjacent rooms even they not speaking too loud.

The room was spacious and had a closet for storage.

Environment (industry). The hotel was a bit weardown. Didn´t have any parkingspaces.

The buffet breakfast, the room I had- single room at end of hall - was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable and perfect amount of room. The staff were very helpful as well. I was sitting in the cafe planning my days trip one evening, and one of the staff offered me a coffee. I thought this was excellent customer service.
